I specialize in working with individuals and couples in person and through cyber counselling.

Since every person and couple is different, I don’t use the same counselling method with all of my clients. Once your goals have been determined and the obstacles to your goals have been identified, I select what approach will be most valuable to you. Approaches I have found especially useful are:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Schema Therapy
  • Solution Focused (Brief) Therapy
  • Narrative Therapy
